You're right, I think this has the making of a huge well of bad
feeling. Especially when you add the way Susan has kept slighting
Clarrie in recent years; there isn't going to be much good will (on
either side) to fall back on.

I very much doubt that he will. It would be pretty tough for anyone
to come to terms with and I think Will will find it harder than most.
Alongside his undoubted good qualities, he is - or rather was, until
yesterday - pretty self satisfied and very much in love with Emma. I
think this is going to be devastating to him as his whole world
disintegrates.

On top of all that, he seems to be extremely tenacious at holding
grudges. I don't think he will ever forgive either Edward or Emma for
this. If he decides to push for a DNA test to prove whether he or Ed
is George's father and it turns out that umra is right and Will is the
father, I think that he, with Clarrie's support, will push hard to win
custody.
