Nero 7 (NeroVision) can do it itself!
Note, however, that as the OP said *ANY* program converting a Divx
(MPEG4) file to DVD (MPEG2) has to recode it - this is *SLOW!!*
Depends on the PC. My aging XP1700 based system used to take slightly
longer than the runtime of the show. My current XP3000 manages a 45
minute show in less than 30 minutes (of course it crashes 1 in 3 times,
because it's f#cking unstable, but that's another matter).
