I have two pine storage cabinets like the link below. If you use cardboard
envelopes you can get 800 DVD's in one cabinet they are flatpac and make a
nice bit of furniture when assembled. I bought both of this guy. When you
have over 1000 disks the DVD cases are not an option so they go in the loft.
I use excel to catalogue them all and have a number on each envelope finding
the disk is easy. The catalogue is alphabetic the discs are stored
numerical. I print a booklet out so its there in the living room for easy
reference.
