I'm very happy with Azureus. It has a good interface, you can
queue torrents, adjust up/down rates etc. I don't know how it
compares to Shareza, but I used BitComet before and Azureus
definitely uses fewer resources.
Azureus, no spyware (that I have found). And with new episodes of "stuff" I have seen as high as 80k DLs.
