Me and my GF use it when gaming online. I play World of Warcraft with my
mate in Chicago using headphones and mic and it is really good, in fact it
sounds better than the telephone connection which was always too quiet.
clichéd I know but it does sound like he is in the same room.
I also used it to send an episode of the family guy to my brother although
it wasn't so fast, took about 40 mins.

It is free PC to PC but you can buy credit to call landlines at about 1.5p
per minute, not so good to your mate down the road but calling my Mum in
New Zealand for that is pretty good but I don't know why you would call her
but it's cheap if you do.

Great free application but does essentially what Yahoo messenger and MSN
messenger now do
