Granted missing items, but no problems sending them out. I've dealt with
companies that also ship out incomplete orders, and once it arrives that's
it. Tough *** if something is missing or faulty.
The first missing item wasen't their fault, it was a sealed packet of four
and one was missing. So that was out of their control. It's like buying a
DVD with a disc missing. Not DVD Soon's fault.
Engine not their fault either, that comes straight from FG.
Only messed up once with missing "SE" parts really, and quickly sorted it
out.
