As baldrick up to now has shown very little interest in heeding either
court orders or CPRs, and now also has a £40K legal bill outstanding,
its highly unlikely the courts are likely to be able to resolve this
situation (short of providing the claimant with board and lodges of
course!).

I feel it likely that the claims are either going to be struck out,
with regard to unpaid court costs, or dismissed on the grounds of
failure to comply with 2 orders of the court, and of course wholly
ignoring CPR!

Interesting though that Paul as a person who attacked baldrick
unremittingly last year, has had such a curious change of heart now it
seems the action has all but fizzled out, primarily as a result of
baldricks fraudulent claims against the 3 service providers!
