MOTORWAYS DELAY EXPECTED THURSDAY

Motorists in the South West were warned of possible hold ups on
motorways due a a rusty old, beat up Renault 19 endangering every other
drive an an attempt to drive to London early Thursday morning.

It is part of the Southwest UK's "Make yourself a laughing Stock"
parade which goes
from Exeter to The Strand in London every year to celebrate the
