You can take it that your days of abusing all and sundry on the
internet from the safety of your anonymity are well and truly over,
forever.

You can take it that you and your co-defendants will be in Court to
answer for the crimes you have all conspired to commit with malice
aforethought againt myself, my family and my business.

You can take it that I have done everything required by everyone
(except the defendants of course) which is of course why the Courts
have so far granted me every single thing I have requested.

You can take it that this has _never_ been a game to me and I am
playing for keeps, not to put a band aid on a small scratch.

You can take it that the fee for this final N1 is £620, which puts it
into the "unlimited" category financially as regards to damages.

I will say this once more and once more only, and then I'm going to
stop talking to any of you online except to continue to ensure that all
further abuses by any of you are archived, what I will say is this.

It is ___painfully___ obvious that none of you have yet bothered to
retain a specialist defamation lawyer, this is so obvious for two
reasons.

1/ if you had, he would have explained these laws to you in great
detail, and if anyone who actually knew what they were talking about
did that then NONE of you would be coming out with the absolute
cobblers that you are about legal rules and procedures.

2/ if you had, you would be in NO DOUBT that you are all in EXTREMELY
serious trouble, and instead of indulging in continued libels,
harassment, threats and abuse, interspersed with absolute cobblers
about what the Law says about various things, you would be busily
composing your Offers of Amends ready to send to me.

Be it on your own heads, I'm just awed and morbidly fascinated by the
absolutely unprecedented levels of self-destruction you are all
indulging in, you all appear to be in a race with each other to destroy
yourselves and bring as much personal ruin upon yourselves and your
families in as short a time as humanly possible.

Speaking personally I have no sympathy for you or your families, you
all knew exactly what you were doing these past eight months, and so
did your families, and none of you showed the _slightest_ compassion
for either myself of my family and friends.

None of you have shown me even the slightest shard of common decency or
respect, none of you have left me any option but to drag the lot of you
kicking and screaming into Court to answer for your crimes.

In the past when I have had to "take it to Law" the end result has been
exactly what I desired, I taught those who treated me with contempt as
though I were some insignificant cipher to eventually treat me with
respect. Sure, that probably didn't help the next person they played
the system on, but it certainly helped me.

You lot on the other hand, I am of the opinion that you are all
probably too dense to learn any respect as a result of this (and I am
referring to when the case is over and closed) and I do wonder what you
will be left with, fear perhaps?

You are all cast from the same mould, and you are all a relatively new
phenomenon on the net, five years ago there weren't people like you
acting as openly as you lot have, and there certainly hadn't been time
for people like you to gravitate towards each other and form poisonous
little cadres as you have.

I was speaking to someone earlier tonight who has _great_ experience of
the IT field, he said he was absolutely astonished that people such as
yourselves could play life and death type stakes (for that is what they
are, all your lives will change forever in the Court) for something as
insubstantial and ethereal as a single usenet newsgroup.

My response was that I could only assume that you were indeed fighting
what you saw as a life and death "turf war", desperate to sieze and
hold some tiny piece of cyberspace as your own fiefdoms, as you lacked
the ability to do anything similar in the "real world"

My personal pet theory is that the internet is the LSD of the age, it
allows everyone to reveal aspects of their personality that would
otherwise remain hidden behind a set of socially acceptable morals that
start with potty training.

So when this electronic LSD causes otherwise normal people to engage in
free sexual liaisons online it's no big deal, when it causes grown men
to indulge in boyhood fantasies and congregate in groups discussing
railways or motorcycles or garden sheds, it's kind of humorous, when it
causes other to get on a soapbox and preach their own particular
beliefs such a religion or politics it's kind of a relief (at least we
don't have to listen)

but

when it causes people like the defendants in this case, mature,
technically aware family men who now EXACTLY what they are doing and
who are QUITE aware of right and wrong, to indulge themselves in an
orgy of vile abuse and hate in the way you lot have, then, you can't
help but draw parallels to how the psychotic managed to gravitate
themselves to positions of power in gernan concentration camps in world
war two (and more recent examples in the middle east) where they
indulged daily in a staple diet of activities that can only be
described as inhuman.

this isn't the "fault" of the internet any more than Dachau was the
"fault" of world war 2, it's just an inevitable by product of "new
territories" in a time of change where there was little or no oversight
by a higher authority.

it is up to the individual how they view such events, you are I suppose
either a believer that supressing the "new territories" removes the
opportunity for these heretofore hidden aspects of the character of a
small sub-set of humanity to germinate into fully fledges pustulant
sores, or, like me, you believe that it is simply a necessay part of
evolution, such defective elements NEED to be exposed because of
Darwinian forces at work, so that instead of continuing to spread their
infections in a dormant manner, they can be weeded and and negatively
selected for.

Certainly, the manner in which these defendants ultimately find
themselves on the brink of Court appearances for most serious charges
cannot in any way, shape or form, be held up as an example of any kind
of intelligence or survival instict at work, quite the opposite in fact.
