It normally says something about how to get hold of Metro on the inside
front page if you couldn't get hold of it when you bought the paper. If you
ring the number, they will send it to you for free after taking your
address.

I guess if nothing is mentioned in the Standard anywhere to this effect,
distribution has been halted.
