Dam lorry drivers are one of the worst offenders with their 40mph and
won't/cant go any faster approach.
The tailbacks they cause are very dangerous and frustrating.

Hey Jim I take I don't count, seeing as last time you were in a lorry with
me I got done for doing 60+ on a "40" road.

But on a more serious note the limit is still only 40mph for lorries on an
A road. This DOES cause problems. This rule is so out of date its unreal.

I can tell you we don't like dawdling along at 40. the bosses or owners
don't like it either. 40 is not even economical. not in top gear , wrong
revs etc which also means that its not eco friendly.

Trouble is with the points system etc. Drivers cant afford to speed on
certain roads. and guess who are some of the keenest police in the country.
