Wouldn't have thought so ..... it's a Bank Holiday.

We are also celebrating a Happy Xmas and New Year in my local
constituency by having had both neighbouring villages bottle banks
removed permanently, despite the Boston BC website saying they are to
be increased. Also if the BBC website is down it makes no difference
because it is crap anyway. So where can I claim for the extra fuel need
in driving my bottles and glass around the Borough?
