Well, he did shed a few tears.. Surely that's got to make it OK. He's
obviously in touch with his feminine side..
I can't believe that a couple of rookie officers were patrolling alone,
without being paired with more experienced partners, and that their
control thought it was OK to have them respond to a 'panic button' call.
