As for posting something disgraceful myself the only thing I can think of

Hello from sunny Spain, just seen your post. I haven´t been online
since Sunday, what with travelling, getting over travelling,
unpacking, chilling out and just generally not being bothered about
anything but catching up on my lazing quota.

Welcome back. I´ve got nothing disgraceful to post, although I did
get my name in the Medway Messenger, apparently, in an article about a
huge direction sign in Rainham on the A2. If you got to Kent Online
(if you can be bothered, and I´ll understand if you can´t) you´ll find
it somewhere (See? I´m too chilled out to even bother posting a proper
link!)
