Hi
Need a street market or similar to go to tomorrow used to go to
Folkestone but think thats all gone now.
Anyone know of any good ones...bit early in the year I suppose but must
be some somewhere.I live in Medway so any where is fine apart from
dreadful Swanly area.
TIA

The nasty 'Jimmy Godden' Folkestone Sunday Market on the beach has long
gone, and good riddance.

This has been replaced by a smaller, but far nicer selection of market
stalls on the space that the older brethren in the group may recall as the
'Ark Site', just by Chummys stall. It has a good selection of fish, meat,
cheese and other foodie goodies. This has been sponsored by the De Haan
Folkestone improvement campaign, and should be supported.

I for one would support it if I'd ever heard of it.

Where is the "'Ark Site', just by Chummys stall" ?
