OK, with live365, you can do live or recorded. You have to follow a
number of rules with a personal station, but it's all laid out. You pay
for how much space you want, and how many listeners. No extra licensing
costs.

I pay around $85 a quarter. for 300MB storage. I have a a 64k mp3PRO
stream. You download free software to enable to you to create your own
playlists. You can upload any music that you legally own, that is
licensed for public performance. You can change your playlists any time
you wish. You cannot do commercial ads but you can make jingles and
station IDs. there is also free software that allows you to broadcast
live from your computer. With this combination you can be online 24/7,
even when you're asleep.
