If they are convicted of the crime Yes.
I work in retail and they are costing you a small fortune.
Unfortunately they are arrested and back on the streets stealing within
hours.
Shoplifter is a soft word for a THIEF . A person who steals for profit.
Do you condone this?
If you are happy to have them put a cost on everything you buy , you are the
looser.
In the same way anyone who indulges in BUGGERY would in my world be Gay.
You might see buggery as a pleasent past time but i don't
Hamas has bombed its way into power.
Perhaps we should let theft, buggery and suicide bombers become the norm.
