Re: Any wedding venue suggestions in the St Albans area

Any ideas of suitable venues or ideas on how best to begin my search?
For me too many options = total nightmare! Ideally I'd like to have a
shortlist of several venues - all of them different in feel and then
take a look at each one to get a better idea of where I might like to
have the reception.

Most hotels will be able to accommodate you and provide what you need.
This has the advantage that guests at the wedding can book somewhere to
stay after the festivities end so they don't have to risk driving after
having a drink.
