Do you realize that you are posting to a newsgroup set up by the
government to plug the gaps created by the abysmal failure of their
Psychiatric Care in the Community Policy? The uk.local hierarchy
was devised to provide an outlet for individuals who would
otherwise spending their days sitting at home wearing
an aluminium foil hat waiting for a full moon to rise. It was
also hoped that this would reduce the incidence of nutters out there
howling at the moon and frightening the *** out of their neighbours.
It failed in this objective. Neither has it distracted them enough to
divert them from randomly kniffing every thing in sight.
The reason for failure is quite simple, they became infested with the
chattering classes. This in turn squeezed out those who could have
benefited most.It seems that the incesant mindless middle class
politically correct small talk was doing their head in. Give the
articulate middle classes a chance and they will screw up anything.

This newsgroup is a very good example of another NuLabour failure.
