if you don't vote then don't bother joining a political discussion. It
should be a legal obligation to vote, even if it is a vote of 'none of
the above'

There are many things in this life that I don't do, but I don't think
that not being a yob should stop me discussing yob behaviour. If you must
talk like a Pratt wear a funny hat, or become a politician. Maybe you
could explain why it should be a legal obligation to vote.
