It all started for me with a strange little orange box that plugged
into the TV and had two "paddles"
It had great games like `Tennis` and errrrr something else.
Some generic japanese make probably.

After that I got an Atari 2600 (old style then the new smaller one)
loved "Joust" and "Ms Pacman"

My mate then then bought a Commodore +4 and my dad a ZX-81. On the +4
we played a great littler game called `Dumper` ( of Digger) moving
`earth` from one side of the screen to the other and on the zx-81 my
old man sat witha Spectrum magazine for about 2 weeks and typed in the
code (Lots of IF, THEN, ELSE, END and IFs and GOTO`s) for some
`duckshoot` styl;e game where the ducks were capital X`s.

After this I got a Acorn Electron and discovered Basic and then
Pascal. Cant remember a single game from that machine :-s
Then I got a Commodore 64 for a while, played Rolling Thunder, Jet Set
Willy and that game something WOLF that was also an arcade machine
with a uzi style gun.... Operation Wolf.

I was then lucky enough to Get a Amiga 500, 600 then *drumroll* I got
a 1200 (with a 1 MEGABYTE hard drive)
The Best games on the Amiga`s were Test Drive and Civilization (and of
course Lemmings)
Oh I should probably mention Octamed (an 8 channel music `tracker` I
used LOTS) and Jesus oN E`s (need to download that actually)

After that it all got a bit modern and the PS1, then my beloved PC
and a Ps2 followed.

Now its all about the PC and Buzz (the MEga quiz) on the PS2.

How did you end up where you are techonology wise ??

*prepares to Spit at all ST owners* (like Sme I think)

lmao!! How did you know i had an Atari ST?? :-)

I started off with the box and paddle thing for pong and then moved up to
an Atari 1600 i think, the one with the touch keyboard and looked like a
space ship.

From that i went to the ST and then to the Amiga 800.

Went off computers/consoles for a while (found better things to do with
my hands and girls ;-)) and eventually got myself a Tiny PC, which cost
me £1500!!

After that i started taking them apart and upgrading them and built my
own, which i still use.

Had the PS1, PS2, PSP and plan on getting the PS3 soon. Need to get the
42" plasma sorted first!

Favourite game? Ghost Recon for the PC.
