visiting a new indian restaurant here in cologne we had
a dish they called "mutton hyderabad", which was simply
excellent.
i never heard that term before, so i wonder if it was just
made up by the restaurant or is a common dish around
that area of india.
it was mutton pieces in a thick curry sauce with loads
(that means LOADS) of mint in it. it smelled and tasted
like mint a lot, making it a refreshing dish even with that
thick gravy.
couldn=3Ft find anything on the web, maybe someone here
knows more? thx in advance!
Does this appeal to anybody in glesga ? .
If yes - and you do try it - be sure and tell us if your jobby the next
day smells of mint :-)
