So now we have "end of April" where last month it was "in the new year"?
Am I alone in thinking that "in the new year" is weasel wording? If I
were to say I would have something done "in the new year" I would be
planning to have finished it at least a week ago, not some time after
Easter.
I promised my GF I would build the new kitchen "by Christmas". I did.
It was all done and ready just before Christmas 2007. I made the promise
in 2001. I didn't specify *which* Christmas it would be ready for :-)
