the Bonded Warehouse conversion fire

It's gone on fire again, beginning to wonder if they're not trying to
get rid of it so they don't have to covert but can demolish instead.

City centre fire disrupts traffic
Fire crews have been called to a building undergoing conversion in the
centre of Newcastle .
The blaze is believed to be at the Bonded Warehouse, opposite the
Copthorne Hotel on the Quayside.

The Tyne and Wear Fire Service says that crews are currently on their
way to the scene.

The incident is affecting traffic in a busy area of the city centre,
with Forth Banks shut from the junction with the Close.
