The Wikipedia page about Collingwood had a reference to the monument,
but no photograph. I've just made my contribution to the celebrations

Maybe it would be good to have a page on Wikipedia about the monument.
ISTR it was paid for by public subscription, and there was some debate
about its location. (Was there once a thread on u.l.g about it?). Any
historians out there? Can anyone get the wording of the plaque?
