Pipeline Card has only been going for four months but we have already
secured agreement in principle from a major retailer - I'm sorry we can't
say which one yet - and we hope to offer our members fuel discounts of
between 5p and 7p a litre. We have also had great support from the media,
particularly from the car forums, ITV, BBC Radio, and from Martin Lewis, the
