Why is this such an issue, it seems ok to me? Presumably these 'macs'
are just placed onto the lambs, they're not stapled on are they? I
also doubt that they will affect the flavour very much if at all, in
fact a clever entrepeneur may well be able to impregnate these 'wraps'
with marinade thus saving time for the busy cook at a later date.
