Re: Happy Birthday to.....................

- hi; in uklcarticle, <4798bacf$0$5217$9a6e19ea@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>,
Johnny@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx "Johnny" surmised:

Hey ppint. You just momentarily de-lurking or have you been away
from our little group? It's been a while.

Sure has. Enigmatic character, ppint.

- me, a nemigma?

- 'm not a nemigma. must be some other ppint. you were
thinking of.

Must take a trip down to Lancaster one of these days. I love a good
SF shop!

- yay! - 'bout time, too; got as far north as wombleside
this morning, but the shop i really wanted to visit wasn't
bothering to open, and didn't give any indication of when
it might actually be browsable in :-(
(i'm only getting between one and four customers a day
weekdays atm, and all of them're after noon (and in the
evening), so i can skive off most mornings with a clear
conscience, so long as i don't actually do so too often;
and it's a fairly clear run down the A591 to the A6, M6
and lancaster.)

Seems like it was a one-off visit.

- does that mean i should bugger off again? i only tried
replying, 'cos someone commented there didn't seem to be
anyone around a[that]m, you must all've gone to bed, or
nodded off over your horlicks, or somesuch - and no-one
noticed 'til after mid-day, so they must've been right -
you're all even worse slug-a-beds than i would be, and i
could get away with it...

Johnny-no-replies

- "no regrets" i remember well; "joshua gone barbados",
too, but not "no replies"; the best i can do in that de-
partment is the singular "no reply" in chuck berry's
"memphis, tennessee". sorry'n'all, but in the wee small
hour of sixpence, and the hat-stand in the hall, it's
neither here nor further: so i spoke considerately. ([a])

- love, a ppint. happy to have even half a shop open again

[please drop the "v", and change the "f" to a "g",
should you wish to cc. to, or email me.]

[a] - mangled enough, i think, to be a challenge of an str
