I'm not a trained typist. I'm just slightly better than a two-finger
typist. I try to fix the things I do before hitting send but sometimes
they
slip through. My typing idosyncracies include, but are not restricted to,
hitting the space bar too sooon as in 'hittin gthe space bar to osoon'

............ I do that! And I'm a 'proper' touch typist. I can go incredibly
fast once I get going, using 9 fingers (the poor old left thumb never gets a
job unless I've injured my right one) but the faster I go, the more mistakes
I make. I couldn't get a job typing until they invented computers....

....and putting my real name at the bottom (forgetting that I'm "Johnny").
They are
all due to the fact my brain is degenerating swiftly.

My wife believes it's an email rule to not use capitals. She hasn't used
them since the eighties.

The only time I do that is writing my name. It's always 'ally' with a small
'a' when I'm online. Or, when I can be bothered, it's a l l y with spaces
between the letters. This can backfire as some of the letters can get left
on the line above...
