Seafood Bisque



|Seafood Bisque
|
|2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
|1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
|2 2/3 c milk
|1/2 c finely chopped celery
|1 garlic clove, minced
|1 t Worc. sauce
|1/4 t tobasco
|
|1 1/2 pounds uncooked peeled shrimp
|1 6 oz can crabmeat, drained
|1 4.5 oz jar mushrooms, drained
|3 T Madeira wine or chicken broth
|1/2 t salt
|1/2 t pepper
|
|Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil and then add remaining ingredients .
|Simmer for 10 minutes. Can garnish with parsley if desired.
