|3 pounds ham -- ground
|2 pounds pork -- ground
|1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper
|2 eggs -- lightly beaten
|1 cup milk
| SAUCE
| 1/2 cup beef stock
| 1/2 cup yellow mustard
|1 stick butter -- melted
|2 eggs -- beaten
|1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
|1 1/2 cups brown sugar
| 1/4 cup cider vinegar
|
|Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, pepper, eggs and milk; form into loaf and
|bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mix sauce ingredients together. Cook over
|low heat for 10 minutes. Baste ham loaf throughout baking. Can cook sauce
|until thicker and serve over ham loaf at table.
