Hydration is so important, isn't it? So tea is good for us mainly because

Yeah, me too. I drink far more tea than coffee, which I only indulge in when
I'm out and notice a really good coffee shop. Oh and a strong espresso's
good for keeping me awake on long motorway journeys.
