You have a point. Not sure I'd trust lonely planet guides about such places, but lacking any personal up-to-date knowledge of the place I can't really argue.

It says there`s a drunk and drug addict problem amongst other things - Maybe it`s not so bad, anyway Isle of Man is booked - and there`s a Jazz festival on this weekend, so I might get some live music, a ride on a steam train, a walk in some hills, loads of nice pub grub and gallons of fine real ale in proper pubs.

I`ll wave to you from the top of South Barrule.
