I agree with you. Why do they need to invent such an inefficient mileage
charge?

There really should be punitive, surcharge on the tax disk of certain
types of cars used primarily in URBAN areas, such as the Chelsea
tractors. If you drive where there are farm tracks with great ruts in
them, and you need to getting up hills and over rocky terrain, then
yes, you need but 4WD and power, but they are just not necessary for the
ballet-class and library run in and around suburbia. Also, they make the
roads so dangerous for those of us in cars and on bikes.

Orly turns his 4Wd off by pressing a button on the dashboard, there of using
less petrol. Using common sense, he only uses 4WD when it's necessary.
