My son and I were discussing childhood literature, and he said he only knew one other person who remembered Barbapapa, one of his favourite characters from books when he was a kid. I loved those books too. We even had a couple in Italian, which we'd picked up in a jumble sale or something - it was a great way to learn a foreign language as the pictures told the story and the words were simple.
So - anyone else out there remember these books? http://www.barbapapa.fr/gb/barbapapa.html
Yep, fondly.
Andy
I prefered "Little Blue"
pachydermily Ron O'Nostalgic .
