Hi Ally.
Christmas eve is spent with my parents at their home. That's like an open
house from 5pm - 8pm with everything served buffet. Cold meats (roast beef,
ham, turkey), cheeses (so many), breads and whatever else you can think of
including the best ever turtle cheesecake.
1. Like Johnny we have Christmas breakfast around 9am. (when the kids were
younger it was much earlier because they would be up before daylight). It's
usually a big one. Bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy. After that I
start cooking Christmas dinner. Dinner is usually around 2:00pm. Then we
lounge around and play with our new toys and eat again later on when we feel
like it.
2. Spiral cut smoked ham, smoked turkey, dressing (stuffing), lots of
different veggies, deviled eggs and desserts.
