>From the beginning of 2006 the Adoption and Children Act comes into full
force in the UK and from then, birth parents and siblings will have more
chance to find out about their original family. It won't be easy and there
will be fees charged and all will be to an extent at the whim of social
workers but I suppose it is small step forward. Sorry to waffle about it
but it affects me.
