A guy that works for Mr P brought in a white sleeved album of unreleased
Bob Dylan stuff, which he picked up at a yard sale. He'd never heard it. Mr P brought it home to play it on his 25 year old Hitachi turntable, and we discovered why it hadn't been released. :-/ He also discovered that his speakers aren't up to much, and a new set arrived on my doorstep yesterday. I commented sarcastically that Christmas had come early for some.

Not surprised about the unreleased Bob Dylan. I'm sure he has a lot of lost years.
Mr P shouldn't mind all the new music that arrives on his doorstep. It's Christmas after all. Amazon has some great hard to find albums.

On Thursday night he hooked the speakers up to the TV and we watched a re-run of an old CSI. Suddenly there was a blast, which seemed to come from the street outside our neighbour's house and I nearly shot out of my chair. My skin prickled with fright!!
Last night after dinner we both sat down to watching a movie called "Killer Instinct", which was about a series of murders in various locations around San Francisco Bay. I started to snooze on the couch, when suddenly the couch began to vibrate, and there was the sound of cracking buildings. It was an earthquake! This brought me to my senses pretty quickly, and was repeated several times during the movie, most of which I missed, apart from moments right after gunshot, but my request to move the location of the speakers away from the couch was denied.
