It's you.

One does what seems to be best in any circumstance. Making a
decision includes considering how the decision will affect
others. And that means you don't always optimise decisions for
your sole benefit.

And I don't work too much. I happen to be at work a lot of the
time but that's not the same thing. If anything, I don't work
enough these days. I use my office to deal with a broad spectrum
of responsibilities.

I agree with the sentiment of what you are saying but daily
realities require a more complicated solution.
