It's still fine here. The sun is shining. We have been gardening and
knocking the very last of the apples from thethin top branches. Erica is at
this moment making an apple and blackberry pie. I love A&B pie while it's
still hot and the ice cream melts all over it. The blackberries are the ones
picked at great personal danger to myself, when suspended down a WW2 hole,
you may recall. That will make the pie all the tastier for me.
