One feels very constant by the "Breton people", indicated Gareth
Jenkins, sporting director of the Welsh national team of Rugby at the
time of his visit of the stage of Nantes.
The World cup of Rugby approaches with great steps with the inaugural
match between France and Argentina on next 7 September.
This championship, third world sporting event in terms of frequentation
and media cover, is organized this year jointly by the federations of
Rugby of France, Wales and Scotland.
Nantes will be one of the cities where a part of the world cup with
Wales - Canada will proceed on September 9, England - Samoa 22
September, Wales - Fiji on September 29.

Breton ground, the CREDIB then gave to the Welsh persons in charge two
"Gwenn ha Du" and a dictionary Breton-Welsh as a sign of friendship. The
Welsh were deeply touched by this gesture and showed it with in
particular the demonstration of Alan Phillips, which, vis-a-vis with the
platform of the stage of Rugby of Saint-Nazaire where massed Breton
hundreds of supporters, agitated with spirit "Gwenn ha Du"
The Welsh also were very touched by the banners "Brittany Wales
supports". Environment was very Breton with a sound system with the
entry of the stage which passed in loop Stivell, Servat and grinds
bagadoù. Resident of saint-Nazaire Sporting which always had Breton
fibre seems to confirm its membership of the Breton planet Rugby with
the arrival of the Welsh rugbymen by affirming for the occasion proudly
the Breton identity of the Resident of saint-Nazaire ones.
