I treated myself to a nice room at the Metropole with estuary views. The
cookery school was excellent, and it has whetted my appetite for doing
some more cookery courses as you can really improve so much just from a
session with a proper chef

Definitely going back to Padstow as soon as possible

Pleased you enjoyed it. Was your instructor Mark Puckey? He is a friend of
mine and my stepson went to college with him.
