The more the merrier, it is a disgrace that South West Waters profits have
jumped by 24% whilst they have hiked prices by over 9%.

You aren't a shareholder then? That is good business practice. You omit how
much they have spent in improving infrastructure.

South West Waters average bill is £449 a year, whilst the national average
is £293, which is still a high figure. Do remember this is the average,
many pensioners and other customers are paying well above this sum. We
have been promised that bills will carry on rising.

Perhaps the average water board doesn't have the sea on three sides and a
government that insists on the sea being clean? Perhaps you would rather
live in London or Birmingham.

Pass this message on to as many people as you can, let SWW know we have
had enough.

Water is a need not a commodity to make obscene profits from.

Dig a well and ask for a water meter.
