Bird Flu and droppings
This is a quote from www.cdc.gov
"Most cases of avian influenza infection in humans have resulted from direct
or close contact with infected poultry (e.g., domesticated chicken, ducks,
and turkeys) or surfaces contaminated with secretions and excretions from
infected birds."
However, I can't find any references to contamination from "excretions" from
flying birds. My car has been hit so many times, recently, that I think
would be in isolation if I didn't clean it as often as I do.
Does anybody know if there could be a risk of contamination from these bird
missiles or is it a case of "If they're flying, they're not dying"?
