What were all the previous incarnations of Bristol night clubs? LikeAhhh for me it was Charlotte's Winebar, Goth club under the Granary and The Whip, Goth club 1 night a week above the ice rink, they were fantastic days.
The Works was Papillion's? Was Baileys, then Romeo & Juliet's (R&J's).
I think that's how it went, though I have a feeling I missed one. There
was Tiffanies at the top of whiteladies which had Punk night on
Sundays, saw Siouxie and Banshees, Clash and Adverts there that I
remember. It was down below the street level in a sort of valley, like
a quarry ditch. It had trees inside with Christmas lights on. I got my
face slapped for snogging my first girlfriends friend there...ah the
memories.
