Seen it all before.

The usual way of running this scam is for two lots of ticket rolls to be used. Almost certainly it will be someone high up running the site who is doing it and is now shit scared that the taxman is onto them so is looking for a fall guy.

I suggest you invoke vat/taxman yourself to see what they have to say. They well know how the fiddle works.
