I would imagine and certainly hope that the answer is no. Look at this way.
Would you like it if a company sent you a large unsolicted catalog along
with a request that you return it if not of use? Would you be happy if the
company sued you if you refused to go to the effort of returning it?
What if 10 companies did this or 50?
