S.13 Rent Rise

Could someone please tell me what date should be used for a Section 13 rent
rise, should it be the 1st or the 20th? (now a statutory periodic)

From the AST

The term of six months commencing on the 20th day of March 2006 and
terminating on the 19th day of September 2006.
At the rent of £600 each calendar month to be payable in advance on the 1st
day of each month,

Thankyou, Slee

.
