Now stand back while the usual suspects in this group slink forward to
opine that this is how it's "always" been. "Just look at Teddy Boys!"

Indeed. Anyone who tries to argue that the youth crime (and anti-social behaviour) problems of today are not greater than they were 20 or 30 years ago needs their head testing.
