I run a small business, we recently did work for a customer and we charged

customer has refused to pay the invoice and has sent a cheque for £55.00

the work is worth. How should I proceed, return the cheque or bank it then
pursue the difference?
Comments please.
Surprised she didn't ask before as I would have asked for a rough
idea.Did you not consider suggesting how much the work would be?
What work was involved?
